PARIS

SPENDING
8 days in beautiful, fashionable Paris
was deffinatly not enough for me.
So much to see and so many things to do... simply could not get my hands on everything.

One of the things (obviously) I felt I had to do
was to see the Eifel tower at sunset.
The lights went on and about 20 minutes later
they began to glitter all over,
making the Eifel look like it was made out of shimmering gold.
Camera's out, the excitment is on, and shoot, shoot, shoot.
ofcourse, there's no harm in grabbing a beer while doing it...

"Hush"...
I just love graffiti.
The stairs right infront of the fountain near the "Pompidou".
what a great place to have your lunch after a long walk inside

(by "lunch" I mean grabbing a sandwich
and a rasberry tartlet for after- dessert).

Chaplin never looked better...

A street artist painting on the curve right next to a caff'e infront of "Pompidou".

ONE
of the things you cannot miss while being in Paris
are the beautifull, authentic vintage shops.
unfortunantly, due to the shopping mania I was in
the obssesed moments, and all the excitement I had in just being there
I didn't take as many pics as I could have and should have. (shame on me!!!)
one store, though, got to me the most and needless to say it was this one...
from the minute I stepped inside, I knew it was a crime not to document it.

"COME ON EILEEN"

"Come on Eileen"
16/18 Rue des Taillandiers, Paris 75011
Tel: 01 43 38 12 11

I came across this colorfull store
when I was looking for something interesting to buy.
It has 2 stories packed with 80's blouses, Trench coats, high fashion jackets and fur coats, high heel shoes, boots, hats- women and men's, pink dresses and what not.
you basically walk into a Vintage wonderland.
Obviously, It wasn't hard for me to find something or somethings to buy.
there wasn't a happier women that day.
